I’ve decided to a few months ago I needed to change the way I eat if I were going to get back into shape. So I asked Andrea to help me understand food and what I need to eat day to day to reach my goal. She didn’t give me some crazy diet, but introduced foods I haven’t been eating. I’m not going to say that it’s easy for me to make all my food at home is easier than eating out, but it’s a hell of a lot healthier. I feel better knowing what’s in my food, and once I get to my goal, I’m still going to eat this way. Thanks Andrea! I couldn’t have done it without you!!
